Heat gently with your heat gun keeping it moving at all times. The text or image will slowly bubble and expand to create a lovely fluffy finish. Please note that most of the Cosmic Shimmer product is water-based and therefore could be affected by colder temperatures including the time in transit. Take this into consideration when placing your order in colder months.
